By accessing dishank.in or contacting Dishank Media LLP, you agree to these Terms. These Terms govern your use of our website and engagement with our advertising services.

Dishank Media LLP provides Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) and static outdoor advertising services in Bengaluru, India. All billboard structures are BBMP-licensed. We offer media inventory booking, creative installation, and proof-of-display services.

3.1 All creative content submitted for display must comply with applicable Indian laws, including the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, ASCI guidelines, and BBMP advertisement regulations.

3.2 Dishank Media LLP reserves the right to refuse any creative that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or misleading.

3.3 Clients retain ownership of their creative content. By submitting artwork, clients confirm they hold all necessary rights and permissions.

4.1 Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and advance payment as per the agreed terms.

4.2 Cancellation terms are specified in individual booking agreements.

4.3 Dishank Media LLP is not liable for display interruptions caused by acts of God, civic body orders, force majeure, or technical failure beyond reasonable control.

The Dishank name, logo, tagline "Lead Forward," and all website content are the intellectual property of Dishank Media LLP. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Dishank Media LLP's liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the specific booking in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
